About the Position:

The ideal candidate will support MEP design development for a lab refurbishment project, conduct walk-downs and hands-on drawings of MEP designs, and lead design reviews and approvals. They will also support successful project delivery during construction and CQV phases through to operational integration and handover.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support MEP design development for a lab refurbishment project
  • Conduct walk-downs and hands-on drawings of MEP designs
  • Maintain design quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead design reviews and approvals at later stages
  • Support successful project delivery during construction and CQV phases of the project through to operational integration and handover

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong experience in MEP design within the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry
  • Prior experience in lab design and project management
  • Full Project Lifecycle experience, particularly in similar lab new-build or refurbishment projects
  • Experience with vendor management
