Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to join our Highways and Active Travel team.

This role involves aiding the expansion of our business, collaborating closely with professionals, and offering exposure to diverse areas within the sector, including project management, environmental assessment, and preliminary design for renewable energy projects.

The client is one of the prominent Irish consulting firms, with expertise in Civil Infrastructure, Waste & Resource Management, and Renewables. They offer design and contract management services for various infrastructure projects, specializing in roads, bridges, rail systems, waste facilities, renewable energy, drainage, water and wastewater treatment facilities, airports, tunnels, and gas pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  2. Demonstrated experience in civil design of highways and active travel projects.
  3. 5+ years' postgraduate experience
  4. Interest in working towards Chartered Engineer status.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
