**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to lead our Compliance team in Ireland. As a key member of the International Compliance team, you will work closely with regional and global compliance partners to maintain and enhance our compliance framework.

Your responsibilities will include executing day-to-day PCF-12 responsibilities, working alongside the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance, supporting the relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework for NTFSIL.

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive compliance, regulatory, or risk experience, preferably within an international financial services firm. You will also have a strong knowledge of how fund service providers operate and a successful track record in delivering a compliance program for a regulated entity.
