We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Chief Risk Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive risk management processes and strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Lead identification, evaluation, mitigation, and reporting on financial, operational, and strategic risks.
  • Oversee Solvency and Financial Condition Report, Regular Supervisory Report, and Pillar III capital-related reporting.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization through training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate risk management with overall corporate strategy.
  • Present risk reports and progress updates to senior management and the board of directors.
Requirements:
  • Hold or have previously held PCF-14 certification.
  • Have extensive experience in risk management within the Insurance sector.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and implement comprehensive risk policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
  • Display excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Prove stakeholder management to meet diverse needs of stakeholders while collaborating to resolve complex issues.
