Finance Leadership Opportunity
A career-defining role for a seasoned finance professional seeking to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team. Our client is seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to join their senior leadership team in a newly established position.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial controls, processes, and policies that ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets
- Review and present monthly management accounts
- Collaborate with the operations team to drive projects forward and achieve business objectives
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and manage payments
- Analyze variances and prepare reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes
- Consult with auditors and prepare audit packs

Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Manufacturing experience essential
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to senior management
- Ability to lead, develop, and mentor finance teams
- Advanced excel skills
