The Facilitator will be responsible for ensuring a person-centred approach to meet the needs of each participant individually, developing individual plans and promoting inclusion, equality and community participation.
The role requires developing relationships with participants, families, advocates and the wider community, providing individual mentoring and experience and knowledge of autism informed approaches is desirable.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for contributing to and participating in the local service planning process and the creative development and ongoing changing needs of the service.
