About the Role

A&L Goodbody LLP is a leading Irish law firm seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution (eDiscovery) practice group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale eDiscovery processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic e-discovery plans and workflows tailored to specific cases and client requirements
  • Manage, provide guidance, and develop more junior legal professionals
  • Ensure excellence in the quality of output/work and overall outstanding client experience
  • Collaborate with case teams, technology specialists, level 1 and 2 legal reviewers

Requirements

  • 6+ years of PQE in a top or medium-tier law firm (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional knowledge of litigation life cycle, legal privilege, commercial sensitivity, and data protection laws
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as 'Relativity'
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery of tasks
