We are looking for a skilled Intellectual Disability Support Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional, quality care and support to individuals with an intellectual disability.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting and be able to promote independence, autonomy, and community participation among service users.

Job Description:

Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with an intellectual disability in a home-like environment

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans

Support service users in remaining active in their social, religious, and recreational activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline)

• CORU Registration as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration

• Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with an intellectual disability
