Senior Construction Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Leader to oversee a new-build apartment project in Co. Antrim.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile project and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

As a Senior Construction Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintaining detailed project documentation and reporting progress to senior management are also key aspects of this role.

This opportunity requires extensive experience in construction project management, particularly in social housing or residential construction.

A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations is essential.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are crucial, as you will be leading a diverse team and liaising with various stakeholders.

You should be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively solve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

The successful applicant will need to have relevant tickets associated with being on site, such as SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS etc.
