As a seasoned Electronic Systems Design Lead, you will spearhead the development of innovative medical devices from concept to commercial release. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee the design and validation of hardware components, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of electronic systems for medical devices, leveraging expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, and CAD software.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from manufacturing and quality to ensure efficient design transfer and production operations.
  • Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems through the application of fundamental principles and theories.
  • Develop and implement design for test (DFT) and design for manufacture (DFM) strategies to optimize product performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 5+ years' experience in medical device industry, preferably in product development or manufacturing roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital and low-noise analog circuits, as well as knowledge of relevant IPC standards for surface mount technology (SMT).
  • Familiarity with quality management system principles, FDA design and development processes, and risk management techniques such as FMEA and ISO 14971.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
