Client Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to lead a team of Area Managers, ensuring top-quality service delivery across multiple sites.
The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, fostering team performance, and supporting business growth through effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews for Area Managers and Supervisors; ensure service standards through audits and system tracking.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships; address service issues and ensure contract requirements are met; participate in audits and client meetings.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Promote and oversee health and safety standards on client sites.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Business Support: Provide support for pricing reviews, service expansions, and payroll queries; assist in TUPE processes and employee relations when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service or contract cleaning industries.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Full, clean driver's license.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland with flexible hours.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management.
- Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
