In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they receive the best experience, and understanding our customer service measurement programme.

  2. Driving and exceeding sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing opportunities for add-on sales.

  3. Maintaining high visual and merchandising standards by ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.

  4. Supporting overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.

  5. Processing sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.

  6. Upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities.

  7. Maintaining stock levels on the shop floor and ensuring shelves are well-organized and appealing.

  8. Addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional manner.

  9. Working closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.

  2. Drive all additional KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.

  3. Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.

  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.

  5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
  • An ability to view challenges as opportunities to develop yourself, your career, and learn new skills.
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations through engagement with customers.
