Key Responsibilities
  • Assess roadside breakdown situations and coordinate appropriate recovery actions.

  • Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment at optimal standards.
  • Collaborate with the operations team using company systems.
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork and digital logs.
  • Support junior staff or new team members through informal mentoring or on-the-job guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and equipment through regular training sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a valid Category C and CE driving license with CPC certification.
  • Possess strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics; prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work 40 hours per week across a 7-day schedule with overtime during peak periods.
