  • As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
  • You will also support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets, as well as motivating the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing a positive experience for customers.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a Supervisor who has previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role and has a can-do attitude.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be able to work well with colleagues.
  • The successful candidate will also have the ability to adapt to new tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
