Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in supporting and driving Major Change and Strategic Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Major Change Projects as per European Management Agenda
  • Provide direction to project staff assigned to projects and stages within programme
  • In-depth understanding of drivers of growth and profit in the business and where team focus should be
  • Building and delivering confidence in execution of change management
  • Establish governance and drive all aspects to ensure that assigned Project(s) is implemented, accepted, and operating effectively
  • Serve as liaison and build bridges and relationships with sponsoring executives and among different groups
  • Work directly with the business line to understand business objectives and strategies related to project priorities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience as Project or Program Manager or other role of comparable responsibility
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Formal Project Management Qualification is desirable (PMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent)
