Key Responsibilities

As a Reliability Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with critical data center infrastructure equipment
  2. Conducting comprehensive root cause analyses of any critical equipment failures
  3. Working closely with internal and external partners to influence product specification, design, and reliability qualification
  4. Developing and maintaining data center infrastructure reliability models and quantifying reliability risks
  5. Monitoring field performance and driving ongoing reliability improvements

You will also be expected to provide leadership on reliability engineering best practices and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Reliability Engineering, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of Reliability Engineering work experience in high reliability industry
  • 5+ years with failure analysis activities and root cause analysis experience
  • 5+ years with accelerated life testing, stress analysis and finite element analysis experience
