Infrastructure Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of mechanical and electrical services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing contractors, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring site safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and guide the on-site M&E team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage contractor access, documentation, risk assessments, and permit-to-work processes, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Oversee and coordinate planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and quoted works, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Ensure site safety, adherence to regulations, and compliance with industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications desired.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure, with proven experience in their operation and maintenance.
- Proven track record in contractor management, safety compliance, and permit-to-work systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
