
Regulatory Affairs Lead

The role of Lead Regulatory Expert is critical to the organization, requiring a strategic relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) by building effective relationships with supervision teams and providing preparation sessions for staff selected for interview as part of regulatory examinations.
Main Responsibilities:- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, delivering best in class service to the CBI by ensuring all regulatory deliverables are met within the CBI's timeframes and to the appropriate quality.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Strategically manage and communicate with regulatory stakeholders, arranging all regulatory meetings ensuring appropriate attendance from senior management and others, as necessary.
- Regulatory/Internal Reporting: Prepare updates for the CBI on matters requiring regulatory notification, responding to queries and assisting the regulator's understanding of State Street's business in Ireland.
- Demonstrate proven analytical skills including the ability to synthesize complex information and articulate it in a form that is easily digestible for leadership and others.
- Possess strong writing and presentation skills, stakeholder management skills, particularly the ability to engage with regulators, senior management and Board Directors.
- Hold a degree in a relevant technical field related to the regulatory regime in Ireland and the CBI's regulatory priorities and how these impact the organization's business model and strategy.
