Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing team within the Endoscopy Suite, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Oversight of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the Endoscopy Suite.
  • Quality assurance within their designated area(s), as well as overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical practice, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Staffing levels, staff development, and promoting practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team.
  • Maintenance of compliance with safety protocols, policies, and best practices in patient care.
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
