Sales Ambassador

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices and offering the full product range.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by ensuring the shop floor is clean and well-stocked.
• Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Work closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding the stores monthly sales target.
• Drive all additional KPIs including but not limited to Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.

• A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer focused retail environment.
• An ability to enthusiastically look at challenges as opportunities to develop yourself.
• Confident Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
