Electrical and Instrumentation Installation Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely execution of the E&I installation, ensuring it meets our company's stringent quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Pre-Installation Phase:
- Lead constructability reviews and develop detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents for trade contract procurement.
- Assist in preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Contribute to Construction Health Safety Plan (CHSP), Quality Assurance/Testing and all other General Construction Requirements documentation.
- Support schedule development, schedule reviews, and lead Interface Agreements (IAPs).
- Post-Installation Phase:
- Ensure that the installation phase is adequately staffed with competent personnel, equipped with necessary plant, tools, temporary facilities, and resources.
- Subcontract management shall focus on delivering high-quality results within agreed-upon timeframes and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams throughout the project to achieve system turnovers on scheduled milestones.
- Develop best-in-class site execution procedures as a reference for Field Supervisors.
- A degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in a similar leadership role.
- Familiarity with biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.
