Job Title:

A Research Coordinator position is available for a dynamic individual to support our research projects.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and project management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of economic development, poverty reduction, and the drivers of change.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research Support
    • Design and implement surveys, qualitative interview guides, and data collection instruments.
    • Collaborate with data and country teams to develop monitoring and evaluation plans.
  • Data Analysis
    • Perform data quality checks and primary data analysis for internal and externally funded projects.
    • Provide statistical and analytical support to Field Operations teams.
  • Report Writing
    • Write high-quality reports on research findings and present them to stakeholders.
    • Critically review reports and provide feedback.
  • Literature Review
    • Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with relevant research findings.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Economics or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in research and development work.
  • Strong understanding of economic development and poverty reduction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methods and data analysis.
  • Experience with software tools like R, Stata, SurveyCTO.
