About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control and Production Technician to join our team in Dublin, Leinster, IE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of a trainer or supervisor, perform duties such as processing trimmed product through washing and drying processes, ensuring accurate setup of equipment, and maintaining continual flow of product through the module.
  • Operate mold presses to produce molded panels of product and operate manual/automatic trim presses as needed.
  • Process product through special treatments such as sort, silicone, chlorination, etc., and set up pack scales for weighing and packing of finished product.
  • Alert the Area Supervisor to conditions that may prevent meeting production and quality expectations.
  • Achieve high levels of accuracy in maintaining documentation and paperwork to ensure product traceability.
  • Inspect molded/trimmed work to ensure quality product is being produced.
  • Move materials into and out of the area as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • No minimum required work experience.
  • Must possess an acute attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • General use of computer workstation and ability to use SAP commands is preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities.
  • Must be able to train and guide others as required.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
