About the Job:
Rippling is seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our EMEA mid-market sales team. As our EMEA Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales executives, driving business growth, and contributing to Rippling's overall success. You will have a direct impact on the growth of the mid-market team and be an integral part of Rippling's expansion.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales executives and provide coaching and guidance to help them meet and exceed their sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with business objectives
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and partnerships
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions with the sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals
Implement processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
An experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales executives to achieve exceptional results
A deep understanding of the technology industry and current market trends
The ability to analyze complex sales data and metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
