**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maternity Hospital Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of maternity services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize hospital efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in midwifery or a related field
  • Significant experience in a leadership or management position within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
