About the Role

This position involves working as part of a factory processing team to achieve daily and weekly production targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues across various areas of the factory
  • Maintaining focus on meeting production targets
  • Performing tasks in all areas of the meat processing plant, including calibrating machines and weighing/packaging meat
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of each stage of the process
  • Conducting regular metal detection checks on all produce
  • Inspecting packed meat products for any conformity issues

Training and Development

You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for success in this role, including:

  • Metal detection training
  • Manual handling training
