About the Role

Tn Ireland is seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team in Tipperary. This full-time, on-site role offers an initial 11-month contract opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production processes.

The key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing a robust Planned and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) system, including writing job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies (SAP & Procal).
  2. Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance in the Engineering Department.
  3. Driving the implementation of maintenance best practices, such as continuous improvement tools and reliability methodologies.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop multi-year Reliability roadmaps and execute them effectively.
  5. Leading technical Root Cause Analysis events and incident investigations to prevent asset or process failures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline or a trade / 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing GMP with a strong compliance mindset.
  • Familiarity with GMP/EHS guidelines and Legislation, Plant Maintenance systems (e.g. SAP/Procal), CMMS systems, document management systems, and office applications.
