Job Description

This role as a Management Trainee offers you the ideal opportunity to explore the ins and outs of hotel operations, from food and beverage to front office, sales, and marketing, and kitchen management.

You will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to progress to a supervisory role within six months.

During this period, you will rotate through different departments, gaining a broad understanding of hotel operations and developing your leadership skills.

You will learn all the essential skills involved in being a front desk agent, reservations agent, and culinary skills from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.

You will also have the opportunity to provide support functions in Sales and Marketing, HR, or Finance during the final period of your program.
