About the Role
  • Responsible for cash management for a MiFID regulated conglomerate bank account, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Review and approve monthly billing on Oracle, resolving any issues promptly and escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
  • Act as a point of reference for technical issues and non-standard cases, offering expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain technical procedures and client knowledge through experience, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with Client asset requirements is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience with pension scheme audits would be beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous Team Leader experience is desirable.
