Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking empathetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants. In this role, you will provide care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and improving their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including toileting, meal preparation, and transferring
- Prompt medication and address light housework/basic shopping needs
- Facilitate social interactions and activities, offering companionship
- Promote independence and observe, listen to, and engage with clients
Requirements:
- Completion of at least 2 modules: QQI Care Skills and QQI Care of the Older Person or a minimum of one year's experience in a healthcare setting
- International Police Clearance Certificate (if applicable)
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination to obtain a medical fitness certificate for work
- Holding a full driver's license and owning transport
