About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute regional or segment-specific sales strategies aligned with company-wide startup initiatives, partnering with accelerators, incubators, and VC firms.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes that enable scalable startup engagement, from seed stage through hypergrowth, while maintaining high standards of responsible AI deployment.
  • Partner with other startup ecosystem team leads across partnerships, developer relations, and account management to ensure coordinated execution of startup programs.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience driving adoption of emerging technologies, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience successfully scaling startup sales organizations across multiple markets, languages, and regions in EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and experience building relationships with key players such as accelerators, incubators, and venture capital firms.
