Job Title: Senior Spa Massage Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced spa massage therapist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest care and delivering a variety of treatments to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage therapies to clients;
  • To provide a variety of treatments to clients and ensuring the highest standards of guest care and customer satisfaction are always maintained;
  • To carry out all tasks in accordance with procedures as outlined in the Department Standards Manual;
  • To answer the telephone and to handle bookings/enquires;
  • To deliver a variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and excellent time management skills. Additionally, you should have knowledge of health and safety regulations and be able to maintain high standards of personal presentation.
