Account Partnership Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Account Partnership Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy groups, FMCG retailers, and new business prospects.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, promotional plans, and tailored account initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • You will educate and influence pharmacy teams with product knowledge, training, and category insights, and analyze performance data to forecast demand, optimize promotions, and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration is key – you will work closely with our Sales Managers, Territory Sales teams, Marketing, and international brand partners to own the commercial relationship from negotiations and pricing to strategic growth planning.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Key Account Management or Customer Development within Pharmacy or FMCG.
  • Strong track record of growing brands and accounts at head office level.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills are essential.
  • Confidence with P&L management, forecasting, and commercial planning is required.
  • A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset is necessary for success.
  • High levels of analytical ability, with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, are also required.
  • A full clean driver's licence and third-level qualification are mandatory.
