Medical Affairs Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs professional to lead our team in international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive functional excellence and bring innovation to Medical Affairs processes.

  • This role requires a strong working knowledge of Medical Affairs and Clinical Development business, with a focus on oncology and hematology.
  • You will be responsible for managing Country Medical Directors, developing local medical affairs strategies, and partnering with global Oncology medical leads.
  • This position involves establishing strong partnerships with International Commercial and Market Access Partners, as well as supporting clinical development programs to accelerate the pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (Physician, M.D. or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience in oncology/hematology in biotech/pharma
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel 25-35% of the time
