The Digital Compliance Specialist will be a key member of our team that manages online validation and compliance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Complete vets based on standard guidelines meeting the quality bar and exceeding KPI's – including, but not limited to:
- Help partners through the vetting process.
- Content risk & quality review.
- Escalation/ticket handling: liaise with various teams and partners to resolve policy issues.
- Effectively follow processes and guidelines and work collaboratively to solve problems.
- Process documentation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish.
- Experience of working on due diligence process and policy compliance is preferred.
- Experience/Knowledge in finance, money laundering, compliance.
