About the Job

This is a full-time job onsite at our client's state-of-the-art facility.

  • We are seeking an expert to manage panels and projects, ensuring timely delivery of sample results.
  • You will be responsible for panel recruitment, training, performance & maintenance, as well as creating project research plans.
  • Candidates must possess strong organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Scheduling all panels with minimal turn-around time.
  2. Panel leader/technician coaching and development.
  3. Collaborating with the client's sensory team on report requirements.
  4. Implementing new sensory methods.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sensory Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics applied to sensory analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sensory software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This role involves working with multiple stakeholders and adapting to changes in real-time.

A high level of analytical skill and attention to detail are required.
