We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury products, including their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations to clients, taking into account their preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attending training events and product launches to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury sales or a related field.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
