Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Junior Data Analyst to join our team at Archer Recruitment. As a key member of our data analysis group, you'll play a crucial role in helping us make informed business decisions.

About the Role:
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau under the mentorship of a Senior Data Analyst.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you'll have the opportunity to refine your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute meaningfully to our organisation's success.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple business functions to drive data-driven decision-making.
  3. Gain hands-on experience with end-to-end data workflows.
Your Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
