We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chromatography Expert to join our team.
">Job Description
">This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to ensure the smooth operation of our laboratory equipment.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize laboratory workflows.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on HPLC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve complex problems with HPLC systems, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams to implement process improvements, optimize laboratory workflows, and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience working with HPLC systems in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
- Deep understanding of chromatographic techniques, including HPLC, UHPLC, and related methods.
- Experience in Service with most common Manufacturers.
Preferred Qualifications
">Certification in analytical instrumentation from a recognized vendor (e.g., Agilent, Waters).
">Working Conditions
">This is a laboratory-based position, requiring occasional work outside of regular business hours to address urgent maintenance needs. You must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and lift equipment components as needed.
