About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced biostatistician to join our team as a Lead Biostatisticians for Clinical Trials. In this role, you will serve as a statistical department resource, mentor biostatisticians on job skills, and oversee or develop training plans or materials for Biostatistics associates.
You will direct the activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include providing support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as a statistical department resource, mentors biostatisticians on job skills, and oversees or develops training plans or materials for Biostatistics associates.
- Directs the activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high-quality work.
- Provides support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR.
- Prepares or oversees the preparation of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), including development of well-presented mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous lead experience within a Medical Affairs Clinical Trial Setting. You should also hold a graduate degree in biostatistics or a related discipline and have extensive experience in clinical trials or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
