Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, providing exceptional support to clients onsite and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:- Hardware and Software Support: Provide on-site and remote assistance to end-users, resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Applications: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- User Access and Account Management: Support user access and account management in Azure Active Directory, including password resets, permissions, and group memberships.
- Mobile Device Support: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of mobile devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
- Azure Server Support: Provide support for Azure-hosted servers, including monitoring, patching, and basic configuration tasks.
- Windows Server Administration: Assist with Windows Server administration, including user management, file permissions, and routine maintenance tasks.
- IT Onboarding and Offboarding: Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning equipment and ensuring appropriate system access.
- Incident and Request Management: Respond to and manage incidents and service requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT services.
- Industry certifications – Azure, Office 365. A+ and Network+ desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server desirable.
- Understanding of ITIL framework.
- Experience in adhering to KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support clients remotely.
