Job Description

We are seeking a professional who can provide guidance, support and encouragement to our clients to help them progress into sustainable employment.

As an Employment Adviser, you will work with clients to assess their needs and develop a personal progression plan. You will also provide training workshops on various topics such as CV writing and online job searching, and explore learning and work opportunities with local employers.

Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and is able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. They should also be able to multitask and manage their workload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client's specific needs and provide support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement a personal progression plan for each client.
  • Provide training workshops on various topics.
  • Explore learning and work opportunities with local employers.
  • Meet with clients regularly to review their progress.

Requirements:

  • Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a recruitment, sales, training and/or customer facing role.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload.
  • Positive approach to problem solving and ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
