Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Test Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical manufacturing test engineering support and expertise in the testing and failure analysis of implantable medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis on electronic test fails to identify component-level issues for implantable electronic medical devices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers to drive improvements and changes to test applications and systems, enhancing manufacturing test yields.
  • Work with cross-functional production groups to improve product quality, lean efficiencies, and test system performance, reducing production fallout.
  • Design and execute tests, analyze data, and write reports to meet medical device standards.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying common applications and in-house tracking systems.
  • Develop clear documentation to support regulatory submissions using change notice procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams, providing improvement feedback and resolving quality and manufacturing issues.

Requirements:

  • Honors degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electronics, with proven problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
