Lead Generation Specialist

A growing organization is seeking a friendly and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. This is a fully remote role.
This position involves interacting with potential customers, introducing the company, asking questions, recording useful information, following up with interested individuals, updating databases, and working closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Call potential customers to introduce the organization.
- Ask questions and record useful information.
- Follow up with people who have shown interest.
- Update the database with customer details.
- Work closely with the sales team and pass on good leads.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Good phone and communication skills.
- Able to work independently from home.
- Comfortable using a computer and basic software (CRM experience a plus).
- A positive attitude and good attention to detail.
