As a Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for creating personalized support plans and promoting independence.
The role entails:
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users and their families
- Providing assistance with daily living skills, education, and leisure activities
- Supporting service users to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
Shift work is involved.

- No specific qualification required for Assistant Support Worker (all necessary training provided)
- A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline for Social Care Workers
- Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
