  • To lead and mentor the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • To manage staff schedules and ensure that there is always sufficient cover
  • To monitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement

What We're Looking For:
  • A registered nurse with significant experience in a leadership or management role
