As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will provide critical support to the site leadership team (SLT) in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This includes providing administrative services such as diary management, executive communications, travel arrangements and other tasks assigned by the Executive Assistant of VP Site Operations.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the SLT, including scheduling and management of appointments and meetings.
- Generation of presentations, management of various SharePoint sites and other management systems and tools.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the ADL site and wider Amgen network.
- Internal and external communication, using diverse Amgen channels and technology.
- Organisation of travel arrangements.
- Financial Administration, including purchase orders, invoices and expenses.
- Weekly cascade communication for ADL site.
- Supporting Senior Leadership site visits.
