  • Generation of presentations, management of various SharePoint sites and other management systems and tools.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the ADL site and wider Amgen network.
  • Internal and external communication, using diverse Amgen channels and technology.
  • Organisation of travel arrangements.
  • Financial Administration, including purchase orders, invoices and expenses.
  • Weekly cascade communication for ADL site.
  • Supporting Senior Leadership site visits.
