We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Dublin permanently. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the detailed civil engineering design and ensuring timely delivery of the project to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the detailed civil engineering design, including process drainage and coordination of complex underground utilities
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard
  • Proactively coordinate with project managers, design disciplines, construction management teams, contractors and clients
  • Carry out periodic inspections of the works on site for quality and BCAR purposes
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the civil engineering department
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters would be an advantage)
  • Chartered with Engineers Ireland or similar body (advantage)
  • Minimum 7 years' experience with at least 5 years' experience in the detailed design of large projects
  • Proficient with the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Drainage and Auto TRACK (advantage)
  • Additional experience in the use of Revit would be an advantage
  • Effective communicator with excellent oral and report writing skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing scenarios
  • Confident in creating and delivering engineering presentations to clients
  • Thorough understanding of civil engineering design standards
  • Experienced in the inspection of civil engineering works on site and the completion of BCAR reports
