The Role of a Part Qualified Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Part Qualified Accountant to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have +1 year's experience in a busy accounting environment, with excellent technical and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of compliance clients, including preparation and review of sole trader accounts and statutory financial statements.
  • Assist with tax and general consulting issues for clients.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance as required, assisting with the commercial management of the unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Part Qualified Accountant qualification with +1 year's experience in a busy accounting environment.
  • Prior practice experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and team player skills.
  • A full, clean Irish/International driver's license is desirable.
