We're seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our team in Dublin. This part-time or full-time Support Pharmacist role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a positive and supportive team.

As a Support Pharmacist, you will be responsible for observing statutory regulations relating to the supply of medicinal products, ensuring the highest standards of care and service, and adhering to company dispensing standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months post-registration experience and be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland. You will also have experience of community pharmacy in the Republic of Ireland, including in-depth knowledge of schemes, PSI legal requirements, and HSE requirements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. You will also be flexible and willing to engage fully with all elements of the operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observing statutory regulations relating to the supply of medicinal products
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and service
  • Adhering to company dispensing standard operating procedures
  • Surendering health and safety issues to Superintendent Pharmacist and Area Manager
  • Supporting any change to improve the business
  • Providing support to other stakeholders within the pharmacy group
  • Participating in staff training programs
  • Assisting with education & training sessions for the Pharmacy team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience
  • Registered Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
  • Experience of community pharmacy in the Republic of Ireland
  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Positive outlook with a friendly and approachable nature
